DMV Prep provides practice questions and learning tools. The Service is for educational purposes only.
No guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will pass any DMV exam, driving test, or licensing process by using this Service.
Not an Official Government Service
DMV Prep is not affiliated with any DMV, government agency, or official testing authority. Official requirements vary by state and can change.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, systems, or networks.
- Copy, scrape, or mass-download content in a way that harms the Service.
- Misrepresent DMV Prep as an official DMV product, manual, or exam.
Content
The practice content is original and intended to reflect general driving knowledge and common rules of the road. Content may contain mistakes or may not match current rules in every state.
You are responsible for verifying official requirements through your state DMV or equivalent licensing agency.
